While most think that Wasabi is merely “burn”, this DIpt has a bit of a burn, but, as with all of our products, it is the FLAVOUR that gets your mouth salivating for more.

Wasabi Dipt Wrap

This scrumptious wrap is healthy, quick to make with minimal fuss and is sure to be a winner as a snack, light meal or at parties.
This recipe is an original recipe from Jax Farr Books, who is one of our Beta Tasters and a Wasabi Fundi.

  • 1 Sharp Knife To cut tomatoes
  • 1 Airfryer or Pan To cook chicken strips
  • 1 Tablespoon To dish and spread Wasabi DIpt onto wraps


  • 4 Large Wraps
  • 1 Bunch Spinach
  • 4 Large Tomatoes
  • 12-16 Chicken Strips
  • 4 T Wasabi Dipt
  • 4 T Cooking Oil If cooking chicken in pan


  • Cook chicken strips (15 min in Airfryer or around 20 mins shallow fry in pan)
  • Lay 4 x wraps flat and smear each with a T Wasabi Dipt
  • Wash, dry & tear spinach and place on 1/3 of wrap
  • Slice tomatoes and place on top of spinach
  • Place cooked Chicken strips on top of tomatoes
  • Roll wrap up and place on plate
  • ENJOY!


Jax suggests adding cucumber and/or onion to the wrap filling as an additional option.
Remember to put your Wasabi Dipt into the fridge once you have finished using it (if there is any left).
